Ethics and Objectivity

NexLevel maintains a policy of vendor neutrality and has an established standard of conduct that all employees must follow.

To ensure vendor neutrality, NexLevel does not pursue sales or marketing agreements with hardware or software vendors, thus avoiding bias and potential conflicts of interest.  In addition, we ensure strict confidentiality of all client matters.

NexLevel's code of conduct demands the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct from our employees. As new consultants join our organization, we emphasize the importance of maintaining the highest levels of professional behavior.

Our principals and consultants are members of one or more nationally recognized professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). As is typical of these types of organizations, members agree to adhere to a code of professional conduct - and at NexLevel we take our commitment to professional ethics seriously. We believe the trust this creates with our clients it is an important part of our success.
